Called Collision Assistance, this new feature was developed with CCC Intelligent Solutions to provide convenient, remote access to the claims and management services you need to smoothly handle the necessary steps after getting into an accident.

By incorporating Collision Assistance into our owner app, we can offer help when it is needed,” said Steve Basra, Toyota Motor North America, Connected Technologies group vice president.
After ensuring you are safe from injury, Collision Assistance can give you step-by-step instructions to help you get through the post-collision process, prompting you to gather important data, document damages, and file a claim through your preferred insurance agency. It will also helpfully recommend nearby collision repair centers where Toyota owners can get their vehicles back to a like-new state.
